Silicon base is flimsy and an overall nuisance: it does not hold the strainer very well, it is not easy to clean and it will get lost in the kitchen very fast.
The little metal part, which should be used to hang the strainer to the cup separated before I could even try the thing, and it cannot be put back. The whole strainer is now useless. (I am guessing the spotwelds were too weak)
Packaging: big plastic box with another (empty!) paper box which is the same size as the strainer, but completely empty. Why use packaging two times of the required size? There should be better ways to ensure the product does not move during transport.
Why do you use plastic packaging for the transport? Carton packaging is more eco friendly, maybe think about it ;)
Happy holidays !
