Thomas Teapot

Beautiful and functional and keeps my tea hot. Love it!

Great teapot but…

Bought the small Thomas teapot about a month ago and love it but the infuser came apart two weeks after I started using it. Sent photos and requested a replacement infuser and was told they could not provide one as they didn’t have any extra, which I don’t understand as they clearly make them for the pot. Love the teapot but very disappointed with customer service - feels like they don’t stand behind their products.

OMG! Little Thomas arrived with trivet this afternoon. That was quick service! The packaging was sooo pretty and the teapot did not disappoint. Beautiful on our counter, just waiting to be enjoyed. For now, I just want to look at it.

Waited so long

Such a lovely design. I waited for ages and ages for the small teapot to come back in stock and rushed to buy it. It’s very petite and sweet and beautifully designed. Wish I’d ordered the larger one after all bc I drink so much tea. Oh well. I’ll just have to get both sizes. Can’t beat Scandinavian design!

Thanks to our drip-free design, the tip at the end of the spout, made of our own Istoflec silicone, eliminates drips entirely. You’ll enjoy drip-free pouring from the Thomas every time.

How many cups of tea does this teapot make?
This 900 ml teapot will make enough tea for around four medium cups. It’s perfect for when you have friends over.

What’s the best way to boil my water? Can I heat this teapot on the stove-top?
The best way to boil your water is to use a standard kettle, then transfer the water into the Thomas teapot to steep and serve your tea. This teapot is not suitable for use on a stove-top or microwave.

Does the handle get hot?
Due to the Thomas’s clever design, the porcelain handle will remain cool to the touch so you can pour your tea with ease.

What is the best way to clean this teapot?
This lovely teapot is not dishwasher safe, however it’s just as easy to hand wash with warm soapy water like you would with any other dish.
