Thomas™ Teapot Large

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my friend and he loves it! He has used it every day since receiving it and says it keeps his tea nice and warm.

I love this teapot with its retro look and built in tea cosy. My only critique is that the "large" size is not really very large for a tea drinking family. But on the plus side, it forces me to make two pots of fresh tea at breakfast and tea time! Not a terrible compromise for such a stylish pot.

I purchased the large one and absolutely appreciate it and enjoy using it. It’s leak proof. I am looking to purchase the small one next! I did a temperature test to compare all my other tea pots and this one for sure keep the temperature warmer for longer then all three of my Japanese stone/ English porcelain/ and a clay mixed tea pots. I was disappointed that it was not 50oz as advertise. I’ve been looking for years for a really good +50oz that keeps the heat and this one is only 44oz. 😔 (but that’s an Advertising problem, not the tea pot). also I wish they would have put a wee little dent in the tip of the white teapot lid because I have a hard time getting grip with my arthritis and it seems to slip. Im 25 years old and my husband also finds the tip hard to grip.

I highly recommend this tea pot with out any doubts.
